Navigation sync Slower

HAEVN syncs Gemini by navigating through your conversation list in the browser. Because Gemini doesn’t expose a public API for conversation history, HAEVN needs to navigate each conversation to extract its content.

Bulk sync behavior

Because Gemini sync uses navigation, bulk sync requires the Gemini tab to remain open and visible. HAEVN will navigate through your conversation list automatically — don’t close the Gemini tab or navigate away while a bulk sync is running.

Caution

Navigation-based sync is slower than API sync. Expect roughly 3–5 seconds per conversation. A large Gemini archive (500+ conversations) can take 30+ minutes to fully sync.

Known limitations

• Response branches — if you’ve used the regenerate feature to explore different response paths, only the current displayed branch is captured.
• Real-time responses — HAEVN syncs the final response content; intermediate streaming text is not preserved.
